All returns need to be registered in our Return & Exchange Portal.

RETURN (Germany-based customers)

If you are not satisfied with your product or do not like it, you can send it back to us within 14 days. We will provide a return label for you and deduct 4€ of the refund amount.

Go to our return portal. You will get a digital return label there.

1. Go to our return portal and register the return.

2. Please carefully pack the items you want to return and put your delivery note (with barcode) in the package

3. Use the return label and bring the package to a post office or DHL Packstation

4. We will process your return as quickly as possible and refund your money using the payment method you used to pay in the shop.

We process returns daily and as quickly as possible. However, it can happen that returns are processed up to 3 weeks after they have been dispatched. If your return has not been processed within 3 weeks, please contact storehelp@onefootball.com

RETURN (international customers)

International customers do not receive a return label as they can choose a carrier for the return. Please register your return in the return portal.

3. Post sufficient postage and dispatch the items with a carrier of your choice.

4. We will process your return as quickly as possible and refund your money using the payment method you used to pay in the shop.

EXCHANGE

We offer the free exchange of products for customer based in Germany. By registering your exchange in our return & exchange portal, you can return your products and choose the size that you want instead. Needless to say, we can only exchange products if they are still on stock.

International customers can still return their items and create a new order.

SHIPPING

The customer usually is charged for the shipping costs. In Germany we offer free shipping, in many European countries from 100 euros. Since the shipping costs are calculated at checkout, you can see there whether your order qualifies for free shipping.

In Europe we mostly only offer standard shipping with DHL GoGreen. In countries outside Europe, the alternative UPS Express delivery is often available.

We usually ship directly the next day, so that parcels within Germany are delivered in a maximum of 3 days. In Europe, shipping takes 7-11 days. UPS Express shipments usually take 1-3 days. The delivery time may be delayed for drops with a high number of visitors.

FAQ

We do not reorder limited products. However, from time to time there will be return drops where you can still get your hands on a product.
