Who pays for the return process?
If you are not satisfied with your product or do not like it, you can send it back to us within 14 days. Please note that it's the responsibility of the customer to cover the costs for the return and that we therefore do not provide any return labels.
How do I get a return label?
Because the cost of the return lies with the customer, we do not create any return labels.
How does the return work?
1. Please carefully pack the items you want to return and put your delivery note (with barcode) and the completed return slip in the package
2. Post sufficient postage for your parcel and send it to the return address
3. We will process your return as quickly as possible and refund your money using the payment method you used to pay in the shop

How long does it take until my refund is processed?
We process returns daily and as quickly as possible. However, it can happen that returns are processed up to 3 weeks after they have been dispatched. If your return has not been processed within 3 weeks, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
I no longer have my delivery note, how can I return the goods?
Please contact email@example.com and ask for a delivery note. Please print out this delivery note and enclose it in your package.
Can I exchange my product?
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges due to limited quantities. You can send your product back as usual and get your money back. If the product is still in stock, you can of course order it again.
How much are the shipping costs?
The customer usually is charged for the shipping costs. In Germany we offer free shipping from 60 euros, in many European countries from 100 euros. Since the shipping costs are calculated at checkout, you can see there whether your order qualifies for free shipping.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
In Europe we mostly only offer standard shipping with DHL GoGreen. In countries outside Europe, the alternative UPS Express delivery is often available.
How long does delivery take?
We usually ship directly the next day, so that parcels within Germany are delivered in a maximum of 3 days. In Europe, shipping takes 7-11 days. UPS Express shipments usually take 1-3 days. The delivery time may be delayed for drops with a high number of visitors.
A limited product is already sold out. Is there a way to get hold of another one?
We do not reorder limited products. However, from time to time there will be return drops where you can still get your hands on a product.
