IN WHAT TIME CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can make use of your right of return within 14 days and send them back to us without giving a reason.

 
HOW DOES THE GOODS RETURN WORK?
As a customer, you have the option of canceling your purchase and sending the goods back to us up to 14 days after receiving the goods you have ordered.

The following steps are required for this:

• Please put the return slip and the goods in a box. If you no longer have the return slip, please contact storehelp@onefootball.com
• Send the package to: Versandmanufaktur, Returns OneFootball, Wideystr. 58, 58452 Witten, Germany
• Please be aware that the buyer is responsible that adequate postage is paid
• The reimbursement will be made via the respective means of payment within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods by our external logistician.

We want to improve our products and would therefore be happy if you let us know the reason for the return. Just leave the information on the return slip.

WHEN WILL THE REFUND WILL BE MADE?

After receipt of the return and inspection of the goods by our logistics service provider, the reimbursement will be made using the respective means of payment within a maximum of 14 working days.
